As a 5-year-old with Angelique Rüsen in the saddle he jumped to a place in the final at the WC in Lanaken. With this lady rider he progressed to being one of the best youngsters of the circuit until an annoying injury put an end to his sport career. That career had raised huge expectations, not in the least because of Brunetti Z’s interesting dam line. Dam Andorra is a sister of Prinses, who in turn is the dam of for example Steve Guerdat’s Ferrari VI. Meanwhile Brunetti Z’s oldest offspring have turned five and demonstrate to be extremely good showjumpers who have inherited their father’s high-leggedness and magnificence. To top it all off they are also exceptionally light to ride. Brunetti Z is a good match for mares who need more size and blood and his foals certainly inherit satisfactory elevation.
