Dominator Z placed fourth in Doha

Christian Ahlmann and Dominator Z traveled to Doha in the United Arab Emirates last week. In the 1.60m Commercial Bank CHI Al Shaqab Grand Prix, Dominator Z took fourth place after three consecutive clear rounds.

Catoki Z, sire of GP winner in Wellington

The eighth week of the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington ended with the $214,000 four-star Grand Prix. Exactly 8 of the 50 competitors managed to qualify for the jump-off. Rodrigo Lambre and his Catoki son Catover were the final starters and saved the best for last. Their clear jump-off in 37.73 seconds improved the 38.29 seconds of the Irishman Shane Sweetnam with Chaqui Z (Chacco-Blue x Quinar Z), making it not an Irish, but a Brazilian victory. In addition, the Canadian lady rider Erinn Ballard also finished sixth with Catoki’s Son Z (Catoki Z x Aldo du Reverdy).

Lillie Keenan and Agana van het Gerendal Z jumped to second place in the 1.60m leveled $150,000 Grand Prix of the Ocala Winter Festival. At the age of five, Agana became fourth at the World Championship in Lanaken under Jil Verheij.

In the 1.40m class with two phases in Kronenberg the victory went to Eddie Moloney with Andiamix Hero Z (Aganix du Seigneur Z x Andiamo Z).

Epleaser Z scores in Doha and in Kronenberg

In Doha, Emanuele Gaudiano took third place with Kingston van Eikenhof (Epleaser Z x Alexis Z) in the 1.45m class with two phases.

In the Peelbergen in the Netherlands, Thiago Ribas da Costa rode the Epleaser daughter Kinky van 't Heike to first place at 1.40m level and afterwards they were also placed fifth at a height of 1.45m.

CSI2* GP win for daughter Air Jordan Z

Under the guidance of home rider Bernard Briand Chevalier, Uneven Sunheup was good for the victory in the two-star Grand Prix in Royan, France. Out of 59 entries, seven secured an entry ticket for the jump-off. Nobody did better than Uneven Sunheup’s clear round in 39.03 seconds, putting her in first place. Uneven Sunheup is a daughter of Air Jordan Z out of Qadillac du Heup (Helios de la Cour II), with whom Bernard Briand Chevalier also performed at 1.60m level.
