Epleaser Z and Colorit Z deliver LR winners!
With two victories in a Longines Ranking class, the international weekend has started excellent for the offspring of our Zangersheide stallions! For example, in the Equieffe Equestrian Center of Gorla Minore, the CSI3* 1.50m high Longines Ranking class was won yesterday by the young Swiss rider Bryan Balsiger with the 10-year-old chestnut gelding Everest v't Hof V Eversem Z, a son of Epleaser Z and Concreto who was bred by Ronny Maes. Balsiger and Everest v't Hof V Eversem Z managed to keep it clear in both the first and the second phase and with a finish time of 29.67 seconds they were the only ones who managed to stay under 30 seconds.
On Thursday the German rider David Will had already secured a victory with the also 10-year-old grey mare Concordia 49, a daughter of Colorit Z and Cassini I who was bred in Germany by Klaus Isaak. At the CSI4* show in Hagen, Germany, Will and Concordia 49 convincingly won the 1.45m high Longines Ranking class after being more than three full seconds ahead of the competition in a class against the clock.
